I ordered and paid for 8 grams and received a package marked 8 grams that only contained 4 grams. I immediately sent an email to your sales department along with pictures of the package and product and was told I would have another 8 gram package sent to me to make things right. That was August 30th and still have not received any email confirmation that any product was shipped out and have not received any replacement product. Sent another email Friday inquiring about it and still no response to that email.
